This Privacy Policy applies to the official website (www.mandarinchannelschool.com), online inquiries, [MC School] App information, course registration and appointment services operated by Mandarin Channel School (hereinafter referred to as “the Institution”). The Institution fully complies with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong and is committed to protecting the personal data privacy of website visitors, parents and students.

This policy sets out how we collect, use, store, retain and disclose personal data, as well as the statutory rights of data subjects under Hong Kong law.

We only collect necessary and non-excessive personal data relevant to our educational services, including but not limited to:

  1. Parent / Visitor data: name, contact phone number, email address, enquiry content

  2. Student data: student name, age, school, grade, course registration and class records
